ATTENDANCE

• Students are expected to regularly visit their advisors to secure efficient progress of their research.

• Minimum 4 critiques must be taken from the advisor or the student will get a N/A grade.

• All submissions for the interim reports should be done by hard copy not e-mail!!!

• Language check in English must be done on the computer by students prior to each submission

• Reports submitted later than the announced dates will not be accepted and students will get a “0” (zero) grade for the related phase.

• Illness reports are not valid. In the case of illness at the submission date, students are responsible for sending their interim or final reports to their advisors.
